has started this College with a view to impart B.Ed. training to poor and needy students of the backward area of
Bharuch and nearby.
It is a registered Trust and the College is having Government, UGC,  NCTE,  concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar and other
concerned organization’s recognition. Our Website: www.coekharod.org
The Trust is engaged in running a B.Ed. College and looking after the smooth functioning following all the norms of regulating bodies.
2. The powers and duties of its officers and employees The Principal and the Staff  of the College  hold office on a full-time basis with supporting staff  such as
Professors/College Teachers  and clerks.
 
3. The procedure followed in the decision- making process, including channels of supervision and accountability.  The  College follows the rules and regulations of the Government and the concerned organization such as
UGC, NCTE, Concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar.
4. The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions.  The  College follows the norms, rules and regulations of the Government and the concerned organization such as
UGC, NCTE, Concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar.
5. The rules, regulations instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions.   
The  College follows the rules and regulations of the Government and the concerned organization such as
UGC, NCTE, Concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar.
6. A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control.  All documents necessary for the College and required by Government and the concerned organization such as
UGC, NCTE, Concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar.

Policy constituted by the Government and the concerned organization such as
UGC, NCTE, concerned University, IITE-Gandhinagar is implemented.
